The Mini Solar Racer

Green cars aren't a new thing anymore. There are even competitions for who can create the fastest fuel-cell driven race car (Formula Zero indeed). Someone must have reallly liked this green-racing phenomenon before designing the Mini Solar Racer.

And here it is. With the dimensions of 33x22x14 mm it's smaller then any other green car.
But seriously, thanks to the small solar panel mounted on top the mini solar racer can hit the road without the help of any other energy sources. It even rolls on indoor lighting.

Initially the 'car' was designed for small children. But my bet is that it will also function great as a desktop gadget.

Priced around $20 the mini solar racer is the first car that doesn't harm your wallet as well as the environment.

Green Batteries

For anyone who has looked sadly at all the used batteries laying in the streets or on the subway lines, help is on the way.
Battery standardization, recycling centers, power on the go, all in one convenient vending machine.

One by one, the loose ends get routed back into the system, and waste loses another battle.

Yay!
