Jason Mraz is such a huge friend to SuperForest, we thought it only appropriate to put one of his many great videos up and tell you just how cool a guy he is.
Very early on in the life of SFNYC, we posted this:
Peace is Sexy
Hello all!
I think the anti-war movement is forgetting a very important marketing tool, namely, peace is sexy as hell.
Know why?
Because when things are peaceful, people have time to feel sexy, and to be sexy.
To love and be loved.
To find one another, to fall in love, to make babies, to raise them with love.
These wonderful things are very difficult when the people around you are fighting and dying.
As I walk around my hood in Brooklyn, I see fliers posted up for an anti-racism march.
I can't help but think: "Why anti-racism?"
Why not pro-tolerance?
Why not pro-togetherness?
And why call it a march?
Why not just say: We're having a party for peace.
You can't scream in someones face to remind them how important peace is. But you can laugh, and sing, and be in love, and hear music, and check out your fellow man, who are there to check you out too.
Every "march" or "protest" I've ever been to has been like a big party.
You're there to see everyone else and you're there to have a good time. The last thing you'd want is for things to get violent.
If it's peace you want, it's peaceful you must be.
So as you go through your day, don't forget to party for peace, love for peace, feel sexy for peace, laugh for peace, and pray for peace.

Jason read the post and liked the image above, so he emailed us.
Not only was it one of the first emails SuperForest recieved, it was certainly the first time a genuine pop star emailed us. I was thrilled. We sent him a print of the above image and he was generous and kind enough to include SF on his site under his favorite links page.
The amount of people that have found SuperForest through Jason's site is incredible.
We cannot say thank you to Jason enough. All we can do is post, post, post!

Yep, Jason sounds really like a great guy, definitely:-)
And at the same time you deserve his friendship and attention, as this blog is kinda oasis of good thinking without being too naif without practical actions. I'm so glad I found you as, also if I'll miss some post every now and then, the ones that I read, the concepts expressed here, are definitely attention striking and they worth the time browsering through these pages. Jackson and all the staff, you're doing an excellent and peculiar work:-) Yep, let's do critical mass, let's spread love and let's put our arms around people:-)

I also admit that is how I stumbled on you fine peeps. You do so much to share interesting tidbits with the world. I only wish to have found you sooner but am glad to have found you at all :) Rock on for peace.
